  1. BUSINESS NAME

    Why do you have 2 company names, Greenough Packaging & Maintenance Supplies and Greeno Supply?  For many years our customers, vendors and friends have been confused on how to properly pronounce the word “Greenough”.  Siri on the Iphone can't even pronounce it correctly.

     So to make it simple for everyone, we certified the name, “Greeno Supply” as a Doing Business As (dba) entity.  Please continue to make checks out to Greenough Packaging & Maintenance Supplies, Inc- this is still our legal business name.

    ORDERING

    What type of Payments do you accept?

    Greenough accepts the following forms of payment:

    Greenough House Account (net 30), subject to credit approval

    We also accept on the web site: .Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Pay Pal

    For Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer email general@greenoughpaper for more information.

    We do not accept COD orders.

    Money orders or checks of any kind should be made out to Greenough Packaging & Maintenance Supplies, Inc. and should be sent to:

    Do you have a minimum order dollar amount required?

    We do not have a total minimum requirement order, but there are minimum requirements by item.  There is also a minimum dollar amount for Free Shipping.  Please see Shipping Policy section.

    Tax Information

    State law requires that Greenough must have tax exemption certificates from all customers who claim sales tax exemption. If the exemption certificate is not received, Greenough is required by law to charge a customer sales tax including: 

    Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin. 

    Tax will not be charged on any ship to addresses that do not go to the states listed above.

    Customers that qualify for tax exemption in the states listed above must complete a tax exempt certificate or their state approved form and send it to [email protected] or fax to 413-739-3530.  The tax exemption form must be complete to receive tax exempt status with Greenough.  Please call 800-273-2308 or email us at [email protected] with questions.

    Multiple Locations/Distribution Channels

    Greenough has multiple distribution partners around the United States so that we can get you order out fast with the least amount of shipping cost.

    PICK UP ORDERS:

    Pick up Orders at our Headquarters

    You can choose “Pick up Orders” when you check Out of the Shopping Cart.  This option is for local customers that can pick up their order at our Warehouse.  Our warehouse is located at:

     Greenough, 54 Heywood Avenue, West Springfield MA 01089. 

    Hours of Operation

    Our hours of Operation are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Eastern Daylight Time.

     

    CREATING AN ONLINE ACCOUNT

    How do I create an account?

    If you are a current Greenough customer and you want an online account please email [email protected].  We will match up your supply item purchases into an easy reorder form.

    If you are a new customer, click on Sign In/Create an Account on the Home Page.  Here you can log in if you have an account or you can create a new account.

     

    How can you change and edit your account?

    Addresses:  You can edit your billing and ship to address.  You can also keep a book of addresses should you need to send product to multiple addresses.

     Product Lists:  You can add and edit Product lists.  Product lists are general headings of products that you plan to purchase such as Packaging, Cleaning Supplies, Cleaning Tools, etc.  They are used to better organize our Wish Lists and Favorites for Quick and Easy Ordering.

     

    Wish Lists:  You can add and delete items from your account “Wish List” for items that you would like to keep an eye on for future purchases.

     Favorites:  You can add and delete items from your account “Favorites” which are items that you plan to purchase frequently.  The Favorites list will help you Order more quickly.

    Account Settings:  Under Account Settings, you can subscribe and Unsubscribe to our Mailing List, Change your password, and Manage User access.

     

    Manage Users:  This area under Account Settings allows you to add and delete users of your account, assign User Permissions, Budgets, and Roles for access levels.

     

    RETURNS

     

    What is your Return Policy?

    We Guarantee our Supplies for a 30 Day Guarantee Period

    If Greenough or one of our suppliers is the cause of the return, Greenough will issue a UPS return label for free return shipping.

    Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.

    FORGOT MY PASSWORD

     

    If you forget your password you can click, “Sign In/Create an Account”.  Then click on “Forgot your Password, Click Here.”  Then enter your user name and click “Reset Password”.  Your new password will be emailed to you.

     

    CHANGE  PASSWORD

    To Change your Password, log in and go to Accounts Settings on the Left Navigation Bar and click “Change Password.”  Follow  instructions.

    PRIVACY POLICY

    Greenough does not share any information with third parties. Telephone numbers provided on-line will be called only if Greenough has questions concerning a customer’ request.

    User emails and/or mailing address, are used for communication such as order confirmations and questions, via email. Users may also receive occasional promotions from Greenough via mail. Users may opt out at any time.  To Unsubscribe to our email list you can log into our site, go to Account Settings/Mail Lists/ and click the Unsubscribe button. Contact Greenough to update or remove personal information.

    Greenough reserves the right to change or update this privacy policy.  These changes will be posted to the website, and users are invited to occasionally review the privacy policy.

    At Greenough, we offer Professional Services.  Professional Services is a division that handles customer specific questions concerning supply application and use.  Often, our customers have been confused as to whether or not they are using the right supply item for their given task.

    CUSTOM PRODUCTS

    Does Greenough offer Custom Supply Items?

    Yes, we do.  Greenough offers custom printed bags, angleboard, tape, strapping, napkins, cups and boxes.  We frequently adding to our Custom Products Line-up, so if you have a question about a customer product please ask.  Please email us with your custom product question at [email protected]

    DROP SHIP

    There are numerous items that Greenough will drop ship directly from our manufacturer or distributor.   Greenough offers this on a volume purchase basis also.  We do this so that our customers can experience the best price possible.
