Cancellations and Refused Orders

Once you've placed your order we begin immediately to process it. You must contact us within 8 hours to cancel or modify your order. 

 

Orders refused upon delivery will be assessed a return shipping and re-stocking fee of 20% of invoiced order.

 

Returns

We do however understand that mistakes happen and that you might need to return all or part of your order. You may return any items you've ordered within 30 days in their original packaging and in unused condition.

 

Please contact the Greeno Supply customer service team to receive an RMA # and the correct warehouse address for the return. We ship from a network of warehouses across the United States, so please be advised that returns of multiple products might need to be shipped to different warehouses.

 

Return shipping costs are paid for by Greeno Supply - if we've made an error and shipped you the wrong items or an incorrect number of items.

 

If you've made, an error or otherwise need to return items, you must pay for the return shipping charges and re-stocking fees.

 

Returns sent to us without an authorized RMA # will be refused.

 

All returns that are not the result of an error on our part will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
