Greenough Packaging & Maintenance Supplies, Inc., dba Greeno Supply is a distributor of shipping, packaging, safety, break room, janitorial, cleaning and facility maintenance supplies.  We also have lines of Greenough branded products and “green,” sustainable alternatives.

Greeno Supply meets the supply needs of commercial customers from a broad range of market segments throughout the US including manufacturing, education, property management, retail, medical, food processing, fulfillment, distribution, and commercial cleaning.  We have a broad and in-depth knowledge of the products we distribute, the applications they are used for, and the best brands for our customers’ unique requirements.

We are also able to offer custom solutions to our customers including printed bags, cups, and napkins as well as custom packaging: printed tape, boxes, stretch wrap and strapping.

In addition to providing our customers with in-depth professional service expertise, we are also able to offer pricing strategies that are competitive with even the largest national suppliers. As a member of one of the largest national buying groups, we are part of a member-owned group of over 400 independent B2B distributors and 185 Preferred Vendors. Our broad vendor network, over 500 strong, allows us to work with customers locally, regionally, nationally or globally.

As we expand and open our business model and website into a fully national e-commerce platform, we will offer our online consumer clients that same level of expertise and competitive pricing.

Our sales team of experienced industry professionals, based in our West Springfield, Massachusetts headquarters, also provides personal, face-to-face service and solution recommendations throughout the New England and Northeastern United States regions.  We are also able to provide warehousing and delivery services for customers in Western Massachusetts (Franklin, Hampden, and Hampshire Counties) and Northern Connecticut (Harford County) regions.
 
Our philosophy is that each sale is a consultative process. On the B2B, regional side of our business we ask a lot of questions and do a lot of listening.  We understand that every customer is on a tight budget, has to "do more with less,” and sometimes needs their supplies ASAP.  Our staff is trained to attend to customers' needs quickly and accurately from customer service, through ordering to delivery. 

On the new B2C e-commerce side of our business, our philosophy is the same. While we might not be able to ask questions upfront we strive to provide our consumer customers with in-depth product information on each product landing page.
