The Storopack PAPERplus Track system’s main station produces paper cushioning that can effectively pad any packages you plan to send out. This allows you to ship out items without the fear of more fragile items breaking during the trip.

Thanks to its compact design, the system can be easily integrated into any of your current packaging and distribution lines. It is ideal for medium to large packages weighing between 5 and 50 kg (or 10-110 lbs.), making it a great solution for shipping parts, electronic components, ceramics, and other similar items.

The system has been designed to be a substitute for other packaging solutions, including bubble wrap, packing peanuts, kraft paper rolls, kraft paper sheets, and newsprint. It can also replace similar paper cushioning machines, such as the Ranpak PadPak Junior, PadPak AJR, PadPak LC, PadPak SR, PadPak LC., FillPak TTC, FillPak TT, and FillPak.

Storopack PAPERplus® Track: No Blades, Dust Free

The Track machine solves two important challenges of other options:

1. No blades involved. The paper used is perforated, so the Track machine has no need for a blade. This saves money as you don’t have to replace a worn-out blade over time. In addition, a blade-free machine removes a safety issue.
2. It is dust free. This machine does not create dust, since it is not cutting the paper. Dust building up in the machine is the #1 maintenance issue in paper cushioning machines, so by removing the blade this issue is eliminated.

The PAPERplus® Track Paper is:
