Sandy Cassanelli, CEO Greenough Packaging & Maintenance Supplies, Inc., organized a team of participants to join her team, "Breast Friends for the Cure" for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer event "Race for the Cure".
Race for the Cure are 5K races and walks which are held across the country each year including Boston, MA and
Hartford, CT.
Sandy and her team, "Breast Friends for the Cure", participated in the race in Hartford, CT on June 6, 2015. Over 400 runners and walkers took part in the event.
The team raised over $14,050 and were the #2 fundraising team, while Sandy Cassanelli ranked #2 as the top fundraising individual.
