During the 2016 Big E (the largest agricultural event on the eastern seaboard and the seventh-largest fair in the nation) in West Springfield, MA, Greeno Supply agreed to Donate $1 per car parked in their lot to the Breast Friends Fund (BFF).
"Many fairgoers donated money to the cause while they were walking by our lot", said Sandy Cassanelli, CEO and co-partner of breastfriendsfund.org
By the end of the fair, Greeno had collected $1600 which included $1 per car, money donated by fairgoers, and the sale of clearance supply items during the fair.
The Breast Friends Fund Donates 100% of Net Proceeds directly to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for Metastatic Breast Cancer Research. 100% of Net Proceeds go directly to research so we can find a cure. 25% of all women that are diagnosed with breast cancer will develop metastatic breast cancer. There is no cure for metastatic breast cancer which is Stage IV.
