Sandy Cassanelli, CEO and Craig Cassanelli, President, sponsored a cycling team that participated in the 2023 Closer to Ride Charity Event at the Yale Bowl in Connecticut on September 9th, 2023.
Nearly 2,000 Riders and 500 Volunteers participated in the 13th Annual Closer to Free Ride in Connecticut and around the world.
The Breast Friends Fund team had 9 riders. Each rider was charged with getting sponsors and raising money. The total dollars raised from our team was over $17,455.
These dollars go to Breast Friends Fund charity, a fund created by our CEO, Sandy Cassanelli, where 100% of proceeds go directly to Metastatic Breast Cancer Research at Yale, under the direction of Dr. Eric Winer.
